Individual or group debriefing

Workplace stress can be a big issue for both employers and employees. Job satisfaction, staff retention and shortages, working from home, staff wellbeing and productively can all be adversely affected by workplace stress and, in turn, change the culture and feel of a workplace.

Facilitating time for staff to debrief, share their worries and concerns and release some of that built up stress with an external person can make a huge impact on workplace happiness, job satisfaction and subsequently general health and well-being.

I provide debriefing for individuals or groups, where staff can share and talk about their experiences in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space. I can help staff recognise signs of physical, mental and emotional responses to their work stressors and to help them put in place strategies for self care.
